  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT on a business day will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., Eid, Black Friday, or sale events), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (UK):

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
  • If you selected Express Delivery, this email will include your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Important Considerations:

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your parcel (for signed-for services), the courier may leave a "something for you" card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange redelivery. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions promptly. Parcels returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or non-collection may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the parcel has been dispatched and tracking (if applicable) shows it as delivered, Emaan Ali is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information in such instances.
